About this job
Drive a 26ft box truck on OTR runs, staying out for two-week stretches and sleeping in a day cab between deliveries. This is a non-CDL role hauling materials, products or equipment to assigned locations.
Pay
- $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Schedule
- Full-time, over-the-road
- Expect to be away from home for two weeks at a stretch
- You'll sleep in the truck's day cab while on the road
What you'll haul
- Materials, products or equipment delivered to designated locations
- You'll load, unload and secure the cargo yourself
Requirements
- No CDL needed, but you must have prior OTR driving experience
- Current DOT medical card required
- Clean driving record and clean background check
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift, carry and handle freight, and sit for long stretches behind the wheel
- Comfortable working alone, staying organized with paperwork, and keeping to delivery schedules
- Willing to sleep in a day cab during trips
