Our company is launching new CDL-A holders into trucking careers out of Newark, New Jersey. You'll spend 4–6 weeks riding with an experienced mentor before moving into solo driving, with strong pay once you're on your own.

Pay

• Paid during the full 4–6 week mentor period.

• $1,600–$1,800 per week once you finish training and go solo.

• Direct deposit, paid weekly.

Training

• A 4–6 week mentor program where you ride and work alongside a seasoned driver.

• You'll pick up daily trucking routines, assist with pickups and deliveries, and practice handling loads safely before driving on your own.

• The program is built to help recent CDL-A grads gain confidence and real-world skills step by step.

What you'll be doing

• Riding with your mentor to learn trip planning, communication and on-the-road decision-making.

• Practicing safe driving habits and completing required inspections.

• Working toward independent, solo driving once training wraps up.

What they're looking for

• A safety-first approach: following DOT rules, company policy and safe driving habits at all times.

• Reliability: showing up ready, staying on schedule, and following through during and after training.

• Willingness to be coached and take feedback from your mentor.

• Clear communication with your mentor and dispatch.
