Medical Equipment Delivery Driver — Quarterly Safety Bonuses

Lincare, a national provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and respiratory care, is hiring a delivery driver in Flint, MI. You will bring medical equipment to patients' homes, set it up and show them how to use it.

What you'll do

• Deliver home medical equipment safely and on schedule along your assigned routes

• Set up the equipment and walk patients through proper use with the orientation checklist

• Check and look after your company vehicle, including safe loading and unloading

• Keep the vehicle and warehouse clean and organized in line with FDA protocols

• Take part in an evening and weekend on-call rotation for patient emergencies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• At least one year of professional driving or a comparable role; home care or health care background is a plus

• A valid license for the class of vehicle you drive and a safe driving record

• Age 18+ if you hold no CDL, 21+ if you hold a CDL

• Meet DOT and FMCSA physical requirements

• Lift 50+ lbs on your own, and more with equipment or help; lift up to 15 lbs overhead

• Good people skills, basic computer knowledge, and comfort reading DOT and FDA paperwork
