CDL-A OTR Driver — $1,900–$2,100/Week, $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company needs an experienced CDL-A driver for dedicated West Coast runs out of Byron Center, Michigan. You would drive 2025 or newer trucks, haul steady dedicated freight, and get 3–4 days at home after each run.

Pay

• $1,900–$2,100 gross per week, which Apache lists as $100,000–$110,000 gross per year

• $0.76 per mile (CPM)

• $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus, offered for a limited time

• Extra pay for stops and detention, plus per diem

• Quarterly safety bonus worth up to $2,000 a year

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Schedule and home time

• Out 10–12 days, then home 3–4 days

• Runs stay on the West Coast

• No rigid delivery schedules, so you manage your own time

The freight and the stops

• About 12 stops per run on average, and most take less than 20 minutes

• You return to the same customers and familiar delivery locations

• Most loads are boxed or palletized

• At some stops you help tailgate the freight; other locations unload for you

• Dedicated freight means steady work and less downtime

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of recent CDL-A driving experience, with similar equipment

• A good motor vehicle record (MVR)

• Pass a DOT physical and a drug test

• Able to bend, lift, push and pull
