About this job
Our company Corp is hiring a Delivery Driver to run FedEx Ground routes out of Tempe, AZ. You'll deliver packages to homes and businesses, work independently, and be home every day.
Pay
- Starting pay is $170/day
- After training, drivers can earn $200-$220/day based on performance
- Weekly pay
- Sign-on bonus and attendance/performance bonuses offered (amounts not specified for sign-on bonus)
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability
- Shifts start at 7:30 AM and run until the route is finished
What you'll do
- Complete about 90-100 stops per day
- Safely drive a company delivery vehicle
- Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Use GPS to navigate your route
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Prior FedEx delivery experience required
- Must pass an employer-paid background check, drug test, and DOT physical
- Able to lift packages up to 150 lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- No CDL required
