Local Delivery Driver — $22–$24/hr

Our company is hiring full-time delivery drivers at its Superior, WI terminal. You will drive a company-provided vehicle on an assigned route, dropping packages at homes and businesses.

Pay

• $22 to $24 per hour, based on your experience

• Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours

• Routes usually run 40 to 50 hours a week

Schedule and routes

• Shifts of 8 to 10 hours, 4 to 6 days a week, with room to build a schedule that fits you

• Expect roughly 50 to 100+ stops a day

What you'll do

• Drive the delivery vehicle safely and keep to your assigned route and timing

• Check orders for accuracy and collect signatures or paperwork

• Obey all traffic rules

• Do routine vehicle checks and report mechanical problems quickly

Requirements

• Age 21 or older with a standard driver's license

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year

• Clear a criminal background check

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen that includes THC, and random screens after hire

• Get a DOT medical card; the company pays for the exam

• Able to lift heavy items now and then and work in any weather

• Delivery experience is nice to have but not required
