About this job
HFL Trucks, a FedEx contractor, is hiring package delivery drivers at its Menomonee Falls terminal. No CDL is needed, and you drive a company vehicle on rural and suburban routes.
Pay
- Regular pay is $220 per day, and training days pay $200 per day.
- You can add up to $210 per week in bonuses.
- Pay arrives weekly.
Schedule
- Shifts start at 8 AM and run until the deliveries are done.
- Operations run seven days a week. Full-time drivers work either Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, with an optional seventh day.
What you'll do
- Make about 130 delivery stops a day.
- Check your vehicle, scan packages and follow GPS directions.
Requirements
- You must be at least 21 and hold a valid driver's license.
- You need to lift packages up to 150 lbs and work in any weather.
- Experience in driving, construction, landscaping or other outdoor work helps.
- You will go through an MVR review, background check, drug test and DOT physical. The employer covers the screening costs.
