Local Delivery Driver — $180–$200/Day, No CDL Required

Our company Inc., a family-owned FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring full-time delivery drivers at its Zionsville, IN terminal. You will run local routes and get paid every week. No CDL is needed, and training is provided.

Pay

• $180–$200 per day, paid weekly

• Paid training and paid time off

• Extra pay available if you pick up an optional sixth day

• Incentives for top performers, plus a path to lead driver and beyond

Schedule

• Choose a five-day week: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Wednesday–Sunday

• Shifts begin at the Zionsville terminal at 8:00 AM, and most days end between 4:00 and 5:30 PM

• Routes cover Zionsville, Whitestown, Lebanon and Jamestown, with no overnights

What you'll do

• Inspect your step van before each run

• Load, scan and deliver packages to homes and businesses

• Take care of business pickups

• Represent our company and FedEx Ground in a professional way

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• Valid license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years

• Able to lift 70+ lbs and be on your feet all day

• Must clear a background check, DOT physical and drug screen

• Willingness to get an Indiana For-Hire Endorsement once hired; the company guides you through it and reimburses the cost

• Step van or box truck experience helps but is not required
