Local Courier Driver — $23.38/hr, Flexible Shifts

Our company needs a courier in Dorval, QC to run a set local route, picking up and dropping off packages for customers. Shifts are flexible, but you'll need to work at least 4 of them each month.

Pay

• $23.38 per hour

What you'll do

• Handle pickups and drop-offs along your assigned route

• Confirm packages are labeled correctly and meet service requirements

• Load the van, map out your stops, and keep packages and gear secure

• Work with dispatch and tracking software on the job

• Field customer questions and flag chances to bring in more business

• Depending on where you're based, you may also load or unload aircraft or containers

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and a clean-ish record (no more than two accidents or violations in the last 24 months)

• High school diploma or equivalent credential

• A year of experience working directly with customers is a plus

• Comfortable lifting as much as 70 lbs on your own and handling packages up to 150 lbs with the help of equipment

• Must clear a driving test before being placed

• Fluent in both English and French
