Local Class 3 Delivery Driver & Material Handler

A company based in Montréal's west island needs a Class 3 driver who can also pitch in on the warehouse floor. It's a permanent, full-time role: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, days, all on-site, starting as soon as possible.

What you'll do

• Secure the load properly before heading out

• Run scheduled drops to a regular customer

• Occasionally swing by subcontractors and suppliers for pickups

• Check quantities and condition of goods coming and going

• Fill out delivery and receiving paperwork

• Inspect your vehicle and flag any problems

• Follow traffic laws and company safety rules

Beyond the truck

• Help the shipping and receiving crew with daily tasks

• Pack and stage outgoing shipments

• Unload and check in deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors

• Put received materials away in the right spots

• Keep work areas tidy and safe

• Run material-handling equipment as needed

• Help get upcoming orders ready

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 licence with a clean driving record

• Forklift certification

• Experience in delivery, transport, or warehouse work is a plus

• Comfortable lifting and moving materials safely

• Reliable, independent, detail-oriented, and a team player

• Fine working in a manufacturing setting
