Local CDL-A Yard Driver — $23/hr, Home Daily

Our company is hiring a Local CDL-A Yard Driver in Brookshire, TX. You'll spend your whole shift in one yard, shuttling trailers around instead of driving highways or making customer stops.

Pay

• Class A starting pay of $23.00 per hour

• Overtime available after 40 hours worked

• Weekly paychecks with benefit options

• Referral bonus up to $2,000 for each hire who stays on

Home time

• Home every day on a steady, repeatable schedule

• Minimal highway driving and no multi-stop routes

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight; your job is moving trailers to and from spots within the yard

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Solid driving record (MVR)

• Current DOT physical and medical card

• Familiarity with truck driving rules on both public roads and private lots

• Able to work long shifts in different weather

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Able to climb in and out of the truck repeatedly during a shift
