Local CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Daily, $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is hiring local Class A CDL drivers in San Antonio, TX for its private fleet, running either tailgate delivery routes or drop-and-hook relay routes, with every driver home each day.

Pay

• Peddle routes pay $28.30 per hour, with overtime after 8 hours worked

• Relay routes pay $0.575 per mile

• Many drivers bring home $1,350 to $1,600 or more per week

• A weekly minimum guarantee equal to 40 times your hourly rate ($1,132) is included

• Your rate and guarantee go up again at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months on the job

• You're paid weekly

• A $5,000 signing bonus and a $5,000 bonus for referring another driver are available

Home time

You return home every single day on both route types.

What you'll haul

• Peddle routes involve tailgate deliveries to Walgreens stores in and around San Antonio using a roller unloading system, running Tuesday through Saturday with start times between 2am and 6am

• Relay routes are drop-and-hook freight moves Monday through Friday, starting between 5pm and 8pm

• You'll need to be able to work both types of routes as the schedule requires

• This is touch freight

Requirements

• A current, valid Class A CDL

• Either one year of verifiable experience driving a tractor-trailer, or six months of experience plus a certificate from an accredited CDL school

• A Doubles endorsement, which you'll need to obtain within your first 60 days

• Ability to meet all DOT qualification standards
