About this job
This is a local Class A CDL driving job in Birmingham, AL with no-touch freight and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. You'll be home daily after a 9-10 hour shift.
Pay
- $1,300 - $1,400 per week, paid weekly
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 1st shift, starting 6-7 AM
- 9-10 hours per day, 45-50 hours per week

What you'll haul
- No-touch freight, local routes
Requirements
- 1 year of Class A tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accident in the last 3 years
- No previous DOT drug or alcohol violations
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver goods to designated locations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Follow assigned routes
- Communicate with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules
