About this job
Our company Ltd. is looking for a Class A driver for a local, night-shift route out of Opelika, AL, with daily home time and steady miles. This account pays between $1,200 and $1,500 per week, with 1,200 to 1,800 miles weekly. Days off fall on either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.

What you'll do
- Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your rig
- Get freight to its destination on schedule
- Keep your logs and trip paperwork accurate and up to date
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and your driver manager
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- New CDL-A grads welcome, provided you have a certificate from a truck driving school showing at least 120 hours of training
- Experienced drivers with OTR or regional backgrounds also encouraged to apply
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Must pass a DOT drug screen
- Solid work ethic and open to learning
New graduates
- Start with paid OTR training, then move into a Home Weekly schedule
