About this job
Pitney Bowes is looking for a CDL-A driver to run a local route out of its Phoenix, AZ facility. You'll make a roundtrip run between Phoenix and Kingman on third shift, with freight that's mostly pre-loaded.
Pay
- $27.00 per hour, plus overtime
- Paid weekly
Schedule
- Third shift, Monday through Friday, 9:00 pm to 7:30 am
- Home every day
- Must be available for mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, sometimes on short notice
What you'll haul
- Local pickups and deliveries on the Phoenix-to-Kingman route
- Minimal freight handling
- Late-model tractors and trailers kept clean and well maintained
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL and able to meet DOT requirements
- At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience within the past 5 years, with a clean safety record
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and to walk, stand, stoop and bend, with or without accommodation
- Able to read and speak English well enough to talk with the public, understand road signs, answer official questions and fill out reports
- Comfortable logging mileage, stops and cargo using an ELD or route sheet, and using required phone apps
