Local CDL-A Transport Driver — $27.55–$28.30/hr

Our company needs a Tier 2/3 Transport Driver to run local delivery routes based in Dallas, TX. Most stops are drop-and-hook, though a few will call for extra hands-on effort and face time with customers.

Pay

• $27.55 - $28.30 per hour

What you'll do

• Load, unload and drop off product on a set route

• Build merchandise displays and drop off promo materials at stops

• Verify each shipment is correct and undamaged, and manage returns or complaints

• Handle inventory counts, order paperwork, invoicing and delivery confirmations

• Check your rig for DOT compliance and pitch in on routine upkeep

• Maintain accurate vehicle and hours-of-service records

Requirements

• Class A CDL with air brake endorsement and a valid medical card

• Verifiable Class A experience of 2+ years preferred

• Must clear a DOT physical, a drug test and a clearinghouse review

• Clean driving history, at least 21 years old

• Able to lift items over 60 lbs and push or pull loads up to 300 lbs

• Fine working outside in harsh heat or cold

• Open to overtime, weekend, holiday and rotating-shift work
