Local CDL-A Slip Seat Driver — Home Daily, $1,500-$1,600/Week

Our company is hiring local CDL-A drivers for a dedicated retail account running out of Johnstown, NY, delivering for Walmart with home time every day. The operation runs slip-seat style, so you'll share trucks with other drivers rotating through day and night shifts.

Pay

• Weekly earnings run $1,500-$1,600

• Paid by the mile plus stop pay: $25 on loads under 50 miles, $10 for your first stop, and $15 for every stop after that

• There's no sign-on bonus with this position

Home time

• You're back home every day on this slip-seat setup

• Expect to work 5-6 days a week, holidays included

• Both day and night shifts are available; shift details get worked out when you talk to the recruiter

What you'll haul

• No-touch retail freight delivered locally with live unloads

• Routes run out of Johnstown, NY, and the company is also recruiting drivers from the Albany, NY area

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Open to both experienced drivers and trainees new to the seat

• A driving record free of issues

• Current DOT medical certification

• SAP program drivers won't be considered

• Able to commit to 5-6 working days weekly, covering holidays, on either shift
