About this job
This is a local night-shift reefer driving role based in Whitestown, IN, delivering fresh produce around the Indianapolis area. You'll be home every day on a 4-day workweek.
Pay
- Starting pay is $30.00 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and weekly direct deposit
- Company estimates annual pay of $85,000+ based on this rate
Schedule
- Night shift starting between 7:00–9:00 PM
- Works Sunday through Friday, 4 days a week, with Saturdays and extra days off
- Home daily
What you'll haul
- Fresh produce delivered throughout the Indianapolis area
- Typically 4–7 stops per route
- Drives refrigerated trucks and uses a tablet to manage deliveries and routing
- Freight is touch freight, moved with carts and dollies
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with an air brake endorsement
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Tractor-trailer experience is a plus but not required
- Must live within 40 miles of Whitestown or be willing to relocate
