About this job
Our company is looking for local intermodal drivers to run port freight out of Mobile, Alabama. You'll work day shifts and be back home every night, hauling local lanes with plenty of miles available.
Pay
- $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- Weekly direct deposit, with pay increases over time
- Paid for both loaded and empty miles, using practical mile calculations rather than shorter estimates
- Extra pay for tolls, scales, layovers, stop-offs, reloads and dray work
Home time
You'll be home every night with day-shift hours and all-local routes.
What you'll haul
You'll run container freight between the Mobile Port and destinations across the southeastern United States, using modern trucks equipped with satellite tracking so customers can get load updates around the clock.
Requirements
- Valid CDL
- At least 24 months of recent driving experience
- Clean PSP and MVR records
- Valid TWIC card
