About this job
Our company is a dedicated contract carrier hiring a local Class A Flex Support Driver in Muskegon, MI. You will fill in on different routes, driving a mix of tractor trailers, straight trucks and switchers, Monday through Friday.
Pay
- $35.00 an hour, with overtime once you pass 40 hours
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Safety bonus program: up to $500 each quarter, or $2,000 a year
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Shift start times vary
What you'll do
- Drive tractor trailers, straight trucks and switchers on a range of routes
- Run the lift gate when a delivery calls for it
- Load and unload freight, and secure it properly
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 12 months of recent CDL driving experience, in similar equipment
- Pass a DOT drug test and physical, with a good MVR
- Hazmat endorsement is preferred, or be willing to get one
- Able to lift, bend, push and pull
- Your own reliable transportation
