Local CDL-A Flatbed Driver — Moffett — $23–$25/hr

Our company in Opelika, AL needs a local CDL-A flatbed driver to haul goods between plants, stores and distribution centers. Moffett forklift experience is a plus, but they'll train the right person.

Pay

• $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

What you'll haul

• Finished goods and raw materials moving between manufacturing plants, retail stores and distribution centers on a flatbed

• You'll load and unload using Moffett equipment (training provided if you need it)

Day-to-day

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections and handle basic upkeep on your rig

• Map out efficient routes and stick to delivery windows

• Log each delivery stage through onboard systems and confirm delivery details with customers

• Stay current on DOT rules and company policy, and report any equipment issues, accidents or violations right away

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with proven flatbed driving experience

• Moffett experience helpful but not required

• Comfortable using GPS, AVL units and electronic logging devices

• Clean driving record, no recent violations

• Solid grasp of DOT regulations and able to adapt when plans change

• Willing to put in long hours on the road
