About this job
Our company is hiring a local CDL-A driver for night shift work out of East Syracuse, NY. You'll run LTL freight on one of the most dependable schedules in the industry, using a late-model truck fleet.
Pay
- New drivers start on trip pay plus $33/hour for dock work
- First-year drivers typically bring home $1,900 to $2,100 a week
- Posted weekly pay rate: $2,000.00
Schedule
- Night shift
- Local routes with one of the steadiest, most predictable schedules in LTL trucking
Equipment
- You'll drive newer tractor-trailers from a recently updated fleet
Requirements
- At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (1 year preferred)
- HazMat and Tanker endorsements, or willingness to get them within 90 days
- Clean enough driving record to meet company standards
- No more than one DUI ever, and none in the last 5 years
- Must pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test
