Local CDL-A Driver — Home Nightly, $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is hiring a local CDL-A driver to deliver beverage products around Fredericksburg, TX. You'll be home every night with weekends off, and new CDL holders are welcome to apply.

Pay

• $20 - $25 an hour

• $1,000 sign-on bonus

Home time

• Home every night and weekends off

• Local routes only, no long-haul travel

What you'll haul

• Beverage products delivered from the warehouse to retail customer accounts

What you'll do

• Safely operate a company truck on assigned local routes

• Unload deliveries and place products in designated storage areas at each stop (driver helpers may be assigned on larger loads)

• Rotate and merchandise product, collect and reconcile payments

• Complete DOT-required pre-trip inspections and follow all traffic and safety regulations

• Keep the truck cab clean and clear of trash and debris at the end of each shift

• Build relationships with customers and represent the company professionally

Requirements

• Valid Texas CDL and current DOT medical certificate

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 to 3 years of commercial driving experience

• Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift (sitting, walking, bending, reaching)

• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
