Local CDL-A Driver — Home Every Night, $1,500–$1,700/Week

Our company is looking for local CDL-A drivers in and around Tolleson, AZ. This is a no-touch, drop-and-hook route where you get home every night, and both new and experienced drivers are welcome.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,500 - $1,700 ($78,000 - $88,400 estimated per year)

• $0.70 - $0.75 per mile depending on experience

• Automatic $0.01 per mile raise every 12 months, no negotiating required

• $2,000 sign-on bonus after your first 30 days

• Paid every Friday by direct deposit

The job

• Full-time, local, based out of Tolleson, AZ

• 100% no-touch freight, all drop and hook

• Home every night, no overnight runs

• Working 5 to 6 days a week

• Averaging 2,145 - 2,270 miles weekly

What you'll do

You'll run your assigned CDL-A day cab on local routes out of Tolleson, handling drop-and-hook pickups and deliveries along your corridor. Expect a pre-trip and post-trip inspection on every shift, accurate ELD logs, and staying within hours-of-service limits while following DOT rules and company safety standards. You'll check in with dispatch regularly throughout your day.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, in good standing

• At least 21 years old

• No prior experience necessary - entry-level drivers accepted

• Minor violations considered on a case-by-case basis

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

• Authorized to work in the United States
