Local CDL-A Delivery Driver — $33.30–$37.80/hr + $15,000 Bonus

Our company is hiring a local CDL-A delivery driver in Buffalo, NY, running a 5-day week with 2 consecutive days off and dispatch between 3am and 5am. This is 100% touch freight delivery to foodservice customers.

Pay

• Starting rate of $33.80 per hour, rising to $37.80 after one year with yearly increases

• Overtime eligible; first-year drivers average about $96,700 per year including overtime

• $15,000 retention bonus for eligible new hires

Schedule

• Dispatch window of 3am to 5am

• 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off

What you'll do

• Safely drive to customer locations and unload freight by hand, two-wheeler or ramp

• Confirm deliveries and get customer signatures

• Deliver strong customer service at every stop

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Collect payments where needed

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements and DOT qualifications

• Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or 3 months specifically in food or beverage delivery

• Comfortable operating a manual transmission (may be required depending on location)

• Able to read and communicate in English, including understanding road signs and completing reports

• Able to lift, carry, push and pull 20 to 80+ pounds repeatedly per shift, and work in varying temperatures down to 0 degrees, including outdoors in bad weather with frequent stops
