Local CDL-A Delivery Driver — $28.00/hr, Home Daily

TQM is looking for a dependable CDL-A driver for local, no-touch delivery runs out of E. Syracuse or Liverpool, NY. You'll be home every day on a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, driving automatic-transmission trucks for dock deliveries that are either live-unload or drop-and-hook.

Pay

• $28.00 per hour to start

• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week

• Full-time, consistent weekly hours

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Start time between 4AM and 6AM

• Routes stay out of NYC

• Based out of E. Syracuse or Liverpool, NY

What you'll haul

• Dock deliveries with live unload or drop-and-hook freight - no touch freight handling required

What you'll do

• Drive and maneuver a Class A truck safely around the yard and on the road

• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies

• Stay alert to pedestrians, other vehicles, and yard equipment

• Keep dispatch and yard staff updated on your status

• Fill out required paperwork accurately and on time

• Flag any equipment, vehicle, or safety concerns right away

• Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license at time of hire

• Clean MVR and PSP report

• No more than two moving violations or accidents in the last three years

• No major disqualifying violations (DUI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, eluding police, and similar serious offenses) in the past 36 months

• No license suspension or revocation lasting over 30 days in the past 36 months

• Strong backing and maneuvering skills, attention to detail, and a solid safety mindset

• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a busy yard
