About this job
Our company is hiring a local CDL-A company driver out of Schodack Landing, NY. You'll run local routes and be home every day, driving late-model equipment.
Pay
- Weekly earnings range from $1,400 to $2,200, with the exact amount depending on your location
- $250 quarterly safety bonus
- $1,500 referral bonus for bringing in other drivers
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Detention pay included
Home time
- Local routes with daily home time
Equipment and freight
- Late-model trucks
- Manual transmission required, both 13- and 18-speed
- Experience with walking floor, dump trailer, roll-off, or pneumatic trailers is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Hazmat endorsement, or willingness to get one
- Some positions may require a Hazmat endorsement or passport before you can start
