Local CDL-A Bulk Tanker Driver — $95,000 Avg. Per Year

Our company needs Class A local drivers in Memphis, TN to deliver industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon, CO2 and hydrogen to customer sites in bulk tanker trailers. Safety and careful handling of cryogenic equipment are central to the job.

Pay

• The company says its drivers average $95,000 a year

• Paid weekly, plus a monthly safety bonus

What you'll do

• Inspect the rig before and after each trip and report what you find

• Drop and hook trailers when needed

• Hook up and disconnect transfer hoses and handle the cryogenic tanks, hoses and fittings correctly

• Watch pressure and temperature while unloading

• Keep hazmat shipping papers, logbooks and records in line with DOT rules

• Flag vehicle repair and maintenance needs promptly

• Some deliveries may be to government sites that require thorough background checks and stricter security rules

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

• At least 3 years driving tractor-trailers, or at least 2 years driving tanker trailers

• High school diploma or GED

• Willingness to follow customer safety protocols
