About this job
Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A company drivers to deliver brand-new Freightliner trucks to dealerships and fleet customers across the country. You drive the new trucks themselves, so there is no freight to haul, no trailer, and no waiting at docks.
Pay
- Weekly pay of $2,000 to $2,200, with about $2,000 as the stated average
- Paid training and paid orientation
How the work goes
- You stay in a hotel every night instead of living in a sleeper
- After each delivery, the company flies you back to the terminal for your next assignment
- Flights, hotels, fuel and tolls are covered by the company, and you keep your own airline and hotel reward points
- Expect to be out 2 to 3 weeks at a time
Who fits
- Drivers coming from flatbed, step deck, heavy haul, open deck, auto haul or regular OTR freight
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Manual transmission experience
- Willing to be away 2 to 3 weeks per trip
- Doubles/triples endorsement preferred
