Local CDL-A/B Delivery Driver — $28.00/hr, Home Daily

Our company is hiring a local delivery driver in Albuquerque, NM to haul compressed gas cylinders to business customers using a company-provided straight or box truck. You'll be home every day and work a Monday through Friday day shift.

Pay

• $28.00 per hour

• Potential for two quarterly bonuses

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, day shift

• Home daily

• Occasional overtime may be needed

What you'll haul

• Compressed gas cylinders delivered to and picked up from local and regional business customers

• You'll load, unload and track cylinders on a manifest, get customer signatures, and bring back empty, rejected or unsold cylinders to the branch or plant for refilling

• You may also help out in the warehouse or on the dock

Requirements

• Valid New Mexico CDL (Class A or B) with HazMat and air brake endorsements

• Valid DOT medical card

• At least 21 years old

• One year of Class A or B driving experience in the last five years, or a diploma from an accredited driving school earned in the last 12 months

• A clean driving history: no more than two violations or two at-fault accidents in the last three years, or one of each

• Able to read and understand material safety data sheets

• Able to lift 25 to 75 lbs. regularly, and up to 125+ lbs. occasionally with equipment assistance

• Comfortable driving with hazardous cargo for shifts up to 8 hours, including frequent bending

• Able to obtain the safety credentials needed for customer site access

• Forklift or Moffett experience is a plus
