Local CDL-A/B Dedicated Driver — Home Daily, Up to $90,000/Yr

J.B. Hunt needs a local CDL-A or CDL-B driver in Perth Amboy, NJ for a Dedicated Contract Services route, hauling consistent freight for one customer and getting home every day. Pay is activity-based, rewarding safe and efficient work.

Pay

• $0.38 to $0.42 per mile

• $28 to $29 per live stop

• $28 to $29 for each refused load or trailer move

• Detention pay of $16 per hour after the first hour

• $1.14 per piece for handling materials

• $225 to $300 per day for off-account work

• $15 per hour for other miscellaneous tasks

• $180 per day while training

• $20 per hour for safety training

• $160 per day for holiday work

• Drivers in this role have averaged $90,000 a year in the past six to twelve months (actual earnings depend on factors like completed training, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment and days worked)

• May qualify for performance or profitability-based safety bonuses
