Local Box Truck Delivery Driver — $22.00–$33.00/hr

You'll work a steady Monday-Friday daytime schedule, delivering customer orders safely and on time.

• Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with a full pay range of $22.00 to $33.00 per hour reflecting long-term earning potential in this role

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET

• Based at 130 Spagnoli Road, Melville, NY

What you'll do

• Load up your truck and get customer orders delivered along assigned local routes

• Check inventory before heading out to confirm you've got the right items

• Stay in touch with the Local Operations Team Lead and route organizer to flag and fix any delivery issues

• Keep your driving record clean and follow all transportation regulations

• Run forklifts and pallet jacks safely when the job calls for it

• Keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized and in good working order

• Follow workplace safety rules and department performance standards

• Pitch in on other fulfillment center tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Prior experience driving a box truck

• Able to sit and drive for stretches of 2+ hours

• Able to push or pull up to 60 pounds of force on your own (get help or use equipment beyond that)

• Able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours a day, up to around 20,000 steps

• Comfortable operating the equipment used to check in and put away materials

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship offered
