Local Box Truck Delivery Driver — $150–$200/Day, No CDL

Our company Inc. is hiring box truck drivers for FedEx Ground routes out of Durham, NC. You drive a company truck on local routes, with pay of $150 to $200 per day depending on your experience and route. No CDL and no delivery experience are needed.

Pay

• Flat daily rate of $150 to $200, depending on experience and route

• Two weeks of paid training at $125 per day

• Peak-season performance bonus of up to $500

• Paid every Friday

The work

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses around Wake County, Durham County and nearby areas in a 14- or 16-foot box truck

• Routes cover rural, suburban, residential and business stops

• About 25 miles and roughly 8 hours a day, finishing when every package is delivered

• Loading and unloading packages, with frequent bending and climbing in and out of the truck

Schedule

• 5 to 6 days a week, with a weekend rotation

• Shift begins at 8:30 AM at 4357 S Alston Avenue, Durham, NC 27713

Requirements

• You are at least 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• You can lift packages up to 150 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Good grasp of traffic laws and safety rules, plus time management and communication skills

• Courier or delivery background helps but is not required; the company trains you

• Hiring depends on passing pre-employment screening after a conditional offer
