Local AZ Container Driver — $25–$28/hr

Our company is looking for an experienced Class 1 (AZ) container driver for local and regional work out of Dorval, Quebec. The job pays $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience, with a steady weekday schedule.

Pay

• $25 to $28 per hour, based on your experience

• Paid every week by direct deposit

• Expected hours: 60 to 65 per week

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with a start between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM

• Weekend shifts are optional if you want more hours

• Trips can be long or short depending on your needs, and the work includes Montreal–Toronto trade lanes

• You leave from and return to the terminal at 1805 Chemin Saint-François, Dorval, QC H9P 2S1, and assigned routes may be possible

What you'll haul

• Containers picked up at the Port of Montreal, CN and CP

• Loads moved on different types of chassis

Requirements

• A valid Class 1 (AZ) license

• At least 1 year of verifiable Class 1 driving experience

• Past experience picking up containers at the Port of Montreal, CN and CP

• Working knowledge of the various chassis types

• A clean driving record, with no more than 3 demerit points

• A responsible, safety-first attitude
