About this job
Our company, a family-owned carrier operating since 1945 out of Kentville, NS, is hiring LCV-certified drivers based in Ontario or Nova Scotia. You will run round trips between Toronto and Halifax, depending on your home terminal. Only drivers who already hold their LCV certificate are being considered.
Pay
- Paid by the mile, plus accessorial pay items, with payment every week
- Guaranteed daily pay
- Overtime is available once you pass 60 hours
- Expect 40 to 50 hours per week
What you'll haul
- TL/LTL temperature-controlled freight between the Toronto and Halifax areas
- Pickups and drops as assigned

Requirements
- At least 5 years of verifiable AZ / Class 1 experience
- A valid LCV certificate
- Clear police record check and driver's abstract (CVOR in Ontario)
- Clean drug test
- Good attitude; experience with automatic onboard recorders is a plus
