IC Single OTR Drivers Needed AZ/NV

This is an independent contractor (1099) over-the-road driving position for our company, covering Arizona and Nevada. You choose which loads you haul, as long as you stay active with 3–5 loads a month. It is not a company driver or owner/operator role, and it is not local or regional work.

Pay

• Pay is per mile plus a fuel surcharge. Total pay, surcharge included, runs $0.90 – $1.35 per mile depending on the load. The posting's wage range field lists 0.72 - 1.35 per mile, so confirm the exact figure with the company.

• The surcharge depends on your truck type, loaded miles and the weekly national fuel average.

• Drivers typically pay no more than $1.45/gal out of pocket for fuel.

• Same Day Pay is available once all required paperwork and logs are submitted and verified.

Bonuses

Eligibility requirements apply to each program:

• Referral bonus: Summer Referral Bonus of up to $600 for every driver you refer who gets contracted

• Clean inspection bonus

• Mileage bonus

• Load bonus

• Safety bonus

How the work runs

• Be on time for every pickup and drop-off appointment.

• Fill out all paperwork completely on every load you haul for them.

• Keep accurate daily DOT logs in the MOTIVE app for the whole contract. Paper logs are not accepted.

• Check in with your dispatcher at least once a week, even in weeks when you are not hauling their freight.

Requirements

• Class A or Class B CDL

• At least 1 full year of verifiable OTR CMV driving experience within the last 3 years

• A fairly clean driving record and a solid work history

• Good understanding of DOT hours-of-service rules

• Paperwork and documents turned in on time

• Strong communication and a positive, professional attitude
