Flex Delivery Driver — $22.60/hr — Montréal, QC

Our company is looking for a Flex Driver in Montréal, QC. This role involves driving as a core duty, with pay set at $22.60 per hour.

Pay

• $22.60 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid full G license or Class 5 driver's license

• No prior experience required to start; one year of customer-focused work experience is a plus

• Expect about 3 months to get fully comfortable in the role

• Because this position is based in Quebec, you must be fluent in both French and English

• Must pass the required pre-placement driving evaluation and complete all initial and ongoing training

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs

• Familiarity with how Federal Express Canada operates is helpful but not required

• Strong communication and people skills, solid organization and time management, and great customer service instincts

• Comfortable multitasking and staying steady under pressure

• Your driving record must show two or fewer violations or accidents in the 24 months before applying; candidates are evaluated on their driving abstract, interview performance and results of any driving assessments

• Willingness to work varying shifts depending on business needs and to operate within a PC Windows environment
