Flex Delivery Driver — $21.09/hr

Our company is looking for a Flex Driver in New Richmond, QC to deliver packages on set routes, with flexible shifts based on business needs. This is an interview position.

What you'll do

• Deliver packages to assigned customers along set routes

• Check orders before delivery

• Load and unload the vehicle

• Provide strong customer service to clients along your route

Pay

• $21.09 per hour

Schedule

• Flexible shifts; minimum and maximum hours and days worked depend on business needs

• You must be available at least Tuesday and/or Wednesday each week

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid full G license (Class 5)

• No more than two violations and/or accidents on your driving record in the past 24 months

• Must pass the mandatory pre-placement driver assessment and ongoing recurrency training

• Able to lift 70 lbs

• Comfortable working with Windows-based computer systems

• In Quebec, you must be bilingual in French and English

• No prior experience required, though one year in a customer-facing role is preferred

• Expect about 3 months to fully adjust to the role

• Good communication, time management and organizational skills

• Able to handle multiple tasks and stay effective under pressure

• Some familiarity with our company Canada's operations is a plus
