Flex Delivery Driver — $21.09/hr

Our company is looking for a flex delivery driver in Drummondville, QC, to bring packages to set customers along assigned routes. Shifts are flexible, with hours and days set according to business needs. Note that this role requires an interview as part of the hiring process.

Pay

• $21.09 per hour

What you'll do

• Check orders before heading out

• Load and unload the vehicle

• Deliver packages on time along fixed routes

• Give customers top-notch service

Schedule

• Flexible shifts, with minimum and maximum hours and workdays set by operational needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid full G / Class 5 driver's license

• No prior experience needed, though a year in a customer-facing role is a plus

• About 3 months to get fully trained and comfortable in the role

• Bilingual in French and English, as this position is based in Quebec

• Able to pass the pre-hire driving assessment and complete all required training, including refreshers

• Able to lift 70 lbs

• Familiarity with our company Canada's operations is a bonus

• Strong communication and people skills, solid organization and time management, great customer service instincts, and the ability to juggle tasks under pressure

• A driving record with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months, reviewed alongside your interview and driving assessment results
