Entry Level OTR CDL-A Driver — Paid Mentor Training

Our company is looking for new CDL-A holders to run OTR dry van freight. You'll start with paid mentor training, then move to per-mile pay. No professional driving experience required.

Pay

• During mentor training: $650-$850 a week

• After training: $0.55-$0.69 per mile

• Training lasts about 4 weeks, with a mentor riding along the whole time

Home time

This is an over-the-road position, so you'll be out for 2-week stretches before your time off between runs.

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers

• Freight is sealed and no-touch, so you won't be loading or unloading

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean driving record

• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and be enrolled in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

• ELDT certificate from an FMCSA-registered provider

• Recent CDL school grads welcome
