About this job
Our company is looking for recent CDL-school graduates to join as W-2 regional dry van drivers. You'll go through paid training before moving into your own assigned late-model tractor, running steady regional routes with mostly no-touch freight.
Pay
- $850 per week while you train, for about 3 to 5 weeks
- Orientation is paid
- Once training wraps up, expect to earn $1,600-$1,800 per week

Home time
You'll be on a regional schedule that gets you home every week, not gone for weeks at a stretch.
What you'll haul
Freight is primarily no-touch dry van work, with a high percentage of drop and hook loads. You'll be assigned a 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor once qualified.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider
- At least 120 hours of CDL instruction
- A clean driving record
- Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test
- Enrolled in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Meets DOT and company hiring standards
