About this job

Our company is looking for new CDL-A holders, no professional driving experience required, to run regional routes with weekly home time. You'll get paid training, a mentor, and a brand-new assigned truck once you're ready to run solo.

Pay

  • During the 4-6 week training period, you're paired with a mentor and paid $850 per week.
  • Once training ends and you're driving solo, fleet drivers average $1,600-$1,800+ weekly, plus extra earnings for safe driving and strong performance.

Home time

  • Regional runs get you home every week, with steady freight year-round.

What you'll haul

  • Drop-and-hook dry van freight that's no-touch.
  • You'll be assigned your own truck after training, all late-model with current safety features and equipment.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • At least 120 hours of CDL school training completed.
  • Able to meet standard hiring and DOT qualifications.
  • No prior professional driving experience needed.

Benefits

Qualified drivers get a full package including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and a pet/driver policy.

The hiring carrier's name is shared with you once you apply through the DriverRoll app, where you can message them directly.
