Entry-Level CDL-A OTR Driver — $1,300–$1,500/Week

Our company is looking for newly licensed CDL-A drivers for an entry-level OTR position based out of New Braunfels, TX. You'll run steady freight on assigned lanes, with a structured training program and a mentor to help you get comfortable on the road.

Pay

• $1,300 to $1,500 per week

• 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly

Home time

• Weekly or biweekly, depending on your run

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• About half drop-and-hook, half live unload

• Multiple runs within set lanes

• 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission

• Dry van and reefer trailers

What you'll do

• Drive a Class A rig safely and follow DOT rules

• Keep freight moving on schedule and logs up to date

• Check your truck before and after each trip

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean driving record and background, no major violations

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• No prior experience needed, recent CDL grads welcome
