Entry-Level CDL-A Driver — Home Every Other Day, $67,600–$78,000/yr

This dedicated CDL-A route runs out of Chandler, AZ, with no prior driving experience required since full training is provided. You'll drive assigned round trips between Arizona and Utah, New Mexico, and Texas, always returning home, with your own assigned tractor rather than a shared truck.

What you'll haul

• Dedicated dry van freight, drop and hook only, no unloading

• Trailers preloaded and ready to go, 48 to 53 feet long

• Steady, predictable lanes covering roughly 3,000 miles per week

• Late-model automatic trucks from a fleet that's kept in good condition

Schedule

• Both day and night shifts are offered

• Weekend and holiday driving is part of the job

Requirements

• Current CDL-A, no previous driving experience necessary

• At least 21 years old

• A clean driving history, with no SAP program or DUI on record

• Able to pass a DOT physical exam and a pre-employment drug test

• Available to work weekends and holidays

• Living within 45 miles of Chandler, AZ

You'll be responsible for running your route safely, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keeping ELD logs accurate, following DOT and company safety rules, and staying in touch with dispatch along the way.
