Entry-Level CDL-A Delivery Driver — $1,600/Week Training Pay Guarantee

Our company in Kendallville, IN is hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers, including graduates of 160 Driving Academy. You train on the job, riding with a trainer while delivering food products to customers on overnight runs.

Pay

• $1,600 per week training pay guarantee, paid every two weeks.

• Average annual earnings of $90,000+ are stated, and extra days worked can raise your income.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply).

Schedule

• 4 or 5 work days per week.

• Dispatch times fall between 11pm and 4am.

What you'll do

• Learn the job in PFG's driver trainee program, riding with a trainer.

• Drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck on local, OTR, shuttle or overnight routes.

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections and check that freight is loaded and secured.

• Unload at customer sites, check items for damage, get signatures and collect payment where needed.

• Keep your hours-of-service log and paperwork up to date.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A; no experience needed (up to 6 months is also accepted).

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

• Clean driving record for the last 3 years.

• Pass a drug test and a road test; hold a current DOT health card.

• Able to lift product cases of roughly 60 to 90 pounds.
