Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $125,000/Year

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for dedicated refrigerated freight accounts, offering a range of home time schedules and pay packages across the country. Both solo and team drivers are welcome, including recent driving school graduates.

Pay

• Most drivers average $75,000-$85,000 a year, with top performers on dedicated runs earning $85,000-$125,000+

• Teams can each bring home $60,000-$93,500+ annually

• An experienced Flex Fleet account pays $120,000-$125,000 a year with a guaranteed weekly rate of $1,900

• Extra earning opportunities include a $3,600 peak season bonus, monthly mileage bonuses, relocation bonuses, and guaranteed weekly pay on select accounts

Home time

• Choose from over 250 pay and home time packages, with options for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or tri-weekly home time

• The Flex Fleet account runs OTR with home time about every 3 weeks, mainly through AR, CT, GA, IN, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MO, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VT, and WV (excluding NYC and the five boroughs)

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight for dedicated customers, typically within a three-to-seven state regional area

• The Flex Fleet account involves touch freight

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean driving record

• Either a recent truck driving school graduate or verifiable tractor-trailer experience (3 months minimum for the Flex Fleet account)

• Able to meet DOT qualifications, including a physical, drug screen, and hair follicle test

• Good references from previous employers
