About this job
This OTR solo role is built around Wisconsin drivers, with your haul lengths and delivery points set by where you live. You'll run two to three weeks at a time before getting two to three days off, hauling mostly reefer freight with occasional dry van loads, all no-touch.
What you'll haul
- Mostly refrigerated freight, with some dry van loads mixed in
- All no-touch
- Routes and delivery points vary depending on your home location
Schedule
- Two to three weeks on the road
- Two to three days home between runs
Equipment
- Freightliner trucks, three years old or newer
- Automatic transmission
- Updated safety technology
- 53' trailers
Support
A dedicated support team works to keep you moving rather than sitting idle, and the fleet is kept in good shape so breakdowns don't eat into your time. Staying in regular contact with customers and your fleet manager, along with a solid work ethic, helps keep things running smoothly.
Pay
- Mileage-based pay (CPM), calculated using 1+ years of experience on these OTR accounts
- Weekly Safe and On Time Bonus of up to 3%
- $1,000 Holiday Sign-On Bonus
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum of 3 months recent Class A CDL driving experience
