CDL-A OTR Solo Truck Driver — 2-3 Weeks Out, No-Touch Freight

Run OTR as a solo driver out of Appleton, WI, hauling mostly reefer freight with some dry van loads. Where you're based determines your lanes and delivery points, and all freight is no-touch.

Schedule

• Expect to be out 2-3 weeks at a stretch, followed by 2-3 days home

• Staying in regular contact with your fleet manager and customers helps keep things on track

What you'll haul

• Primarily refrigerated loads, with occasional dry freight

• No-touch freight only

• Routes and distances depend on your home location

Equipment

• Freightliner trucks, no more than three years old

• Automatic transmissions

• Up-to-date safety technology

• 53' trailers

Pay

• Paid per mile (CPM), with rates based on at least 1 year of experience on these OTR accounts

• Weekly Safe and On Time bonus worth up to 3%

• $1,000 sign-on bonus tied to the holidays

Requirements

• Class A CDL, valid and current

• Minimum age 21

• At least 3 months of recent Class A driving experience
