Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — Fleet Growth Bonus

Runners Logistics LLC is hiring a non-CDL box truck driver for OTR runs out of Houston, TX. You'll operate a 26-foot truck on a rotation of 2–3 weeks out followed by a week home, with pay based on a percentage structure plus a monthly fleet bonus.

Pay

• Driving compensation is percentage-based

• Posted weekly pay range: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week

• Earn an extra $400 per month for every other qualifying truck running in the fleet (example: 5 trucks in the fleet could mean $1,600/month in added bonus)

• Bonus pay keeps coming even during your week off

Home time

• Schedule runs 2–3 weeks on the road, then 1 week home

What you'll haul

• Drive a 26-foot non-CDL box truck on interstate routes

Requirements

• Valid non-CDL driver's license

• Clean driving record and clear background check

• Current DOT medical card

• Comfortable with interstate travel

• Good communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude

• Follow all DOT safety rules

• Commit to protecting company equipment

• Agree to stay on for an initial 12 months, with 4 weeks' notice before leaving after that
