Our company is looking for a delivery driver in Montréal, QC. You'll need a valid license and be ready to handle customer-facing work while meeting company training standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid full G license or Class 5 driver's license

• No prior experience required, though a year in a customer-facing role is a plus

• About 3 months to get fully comfortable in the role

• Bilingual in French and English (required for all Quebec positions)

• Must pass the required pre-placement driving evaluation and ongoing refresher training

• Able to lift 70 lbs

• Familiarity with our company operations is a bonus, not a must

• Strong communication and people skills

• Solid organizational and time-management abilities

• Strong customer service mindset

• Comfortable multitasking and staying steady under pressure

Other details

This role may involve working various shifts based on business needs, using Windows-based systems, and keeping up with periodic retraining or certification renewals. Driving-focused roles also require a clean record (no more than two violations or accidents in the last 24 months) and will be assessed through your driving history, interview, and road test results.
